I am Sithandazile S. Gumbo, a young woman with albinism, passionate about empowering people with disabilities and creating a world where everyone is valued and included. I am currently pursuing Accountancy at Bulawayo Polytechnic while actively engaging in awareness campaigns, advocacy, and community development initiatives.
Growing up with albinism in Zimbabwe has not been easy. I have faced challenges, stigma, and misconceptions, but these experiences have shaped my strength, resilience, and sense of purpose.
My life is a testimony of hope and courage, and I believe that my story can inspire others with albinism and people with disabilities to rise above challenges, embrace their uniqueness, and pursue their dreams.
